Homeward bound

We left Dalston Hall for home. Before doing so I met a German guy in the washroom. He was cycling with his family with the 2 youngest on his bike, somehow peddling and his wife and 14 year old daughter on their own bikes. These guys were hardcore, carrying everything themselves, tents, beds clothes and supplies. Heroes or what.

The weather today has been worse than any other day, but we are in the camper van and heading for home.

About marmiteman

Marmite man will be cycling 1000 miles over 10 days from Land's End to John O'Groats raising money for Mark Carey. My wife Lesley & grandsons Jake, Callum and Dylan and their Auntie Vicky are the support crew - not that they will be around during the day!
